On October 23, Zhao Xianhu, Director of the Tumen City People's Congress, led a delegation to visit the Weifang Low-Carbon Circular New Materials Project site and the Jiahe Juneng pilot experimental base. He held in-depth discussions with Jiang Chaoxing, Chairman of Jiahe Juneng. The purpose of this visit was to promote cooperation between Tumen City and Jiahe Juneng in the field of waste plastic recycling, jointly exploring new pathways for green development.

Accompanied by Chairman Jiang Chaoxing, Zhao Xianhu and his party first toured the Jiahe Juneng Plastic Chemical Recycling Pilot Base. Chairman Jiang provided a detailed introduction to the pilot plant's process flow, the core technological research and development in the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources, the company's industrial layout, and its future development directions.

Subsequently, the delegation visited the construction site of the Weifang Low-Carbon Circular New Materials Project. The project leader introduced the overall situation, construction progress, and the expected production capacity after commissioning. Zhao Xianhu fully affirmed the site management and construction quality of the Weifang project. He expressed a desire to accelerate the cooperation progress between both parties and to expedite the construction of the Tumen project.

At the symposium, Director Zhao highly praised Jiahe Juneng's innovative achievements in waste plastic recycling. He provided a detailed introduction to Tumen City's industrial foundation, resource advantages, and investment environment. He pointed out that Tumen City is actively promoting the construction of a circular economy industrial park, and the waste plastic recycling project highly aligns with the park's industrial development positioning. He hopes both parties can strengthen cooperation to jointly promote the project's implementation.

Chairman Jiang Chaoxing warmly welcomed Director Zhao and his delegation, providing a detailed introduction to Jiahe Juneng's technological advantages, market layout, and future development plans in waste plastic recycling. He stated that Jiahe Juneng has been committed to promoting the development of the waste plastic recycling industry, and this cooperation with Tumen City will bring new development opportunities for the company. Both parties will jointly commit to promoting the implementation of the waste plastic recycling project, contributing to Tumen City's green development.

In the presence of representatives from both sides, the Tumen City government and Jiahe Juneng signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement stipulates that Jiahe Juneng will invest in constructing a waste plastic chemical recycling project in the Circular Economy Industrial Park for New Chemical Materials in Tumen City. This includes raw material pretreatment, pyrolysis, distillation units, storage and transportation, as well as the simultaneous planning and implementation of related supporting facilities for park heating. The total investment of the project is approximately 598 million yuan. Upon completion, the project will strongly promote regional economic prosperity, drive local employment and industrial development, inject new vitality into the local economy, and achieve a win-win situation for both economic and environmental benefits.

The successful conduct of this visit and symposium marks a substantial step forward in the cooperation between Tumen City and Jiahe Juneng in the field of waste plastic recycling. Both parties expressed that they will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen communication, deepen cooperation areas, and jointly promote the development of the waste plastic recycling industry, injecting new vitality into Tumen City's green development.
