In recent years, the global lithium-ion battery product structure has accelerated adjustment. With the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle market, the proportion of power battery has significantly increased. In 2021, the proportion of global power battery products has reached 66%, up 12 percentage points year-on-year. China's growth is even more pronounced, with power battery products accounting for 68% in 2021, up 15 percentage points year on year. At present, the life of power batteries is about 5-8 years. As the new energy vehicles enter the scrap period in the early stage, it can be predicted that the number of scrapped batteries will increase significantly in the next few years, and a large number of scrapped power batteries will be generated in the market in the next few years. Scrapped power batteries contain a large number of valuable metals, which are discarded and disposed of at will, which not only causes a great waste of cobalt, nickel, manganese, lithium and other resources, but also seriously pollutes the environment. Power battery recycling will effectively reduce environmental hazards. Waste power batteries contain heavy metals and harmful substances such as cobalt, lithium, manganese and nickel. If they are not properly recycled, they will cause significant harm to the environment. For example, common cathode materials such as lithium cobalt, lithium manganate, lithium nickel and lithium iron phosphate will form metal oxides with water, acid or oxidant, or cause heavy metal pollution. It will help reduce carbon emissions and achieve the "dual carbon" goal. The electromagnetic pyrolysis process equipment developed by Golden Harvest Gathers Energy with its unique pyrolysis technology plays a very important role in the waste lithium battery industry chain, and has been recognized by large battery manufacturers, and was widely publicized in the relevant column of cctv2 on May 4 this year.
Through the process of charged crushing, electromagnetic induction heating pyrolysis and multi-stage screening, the short process of low-cost green reengineering of waste lithium batteries is realized, which is applied to the lithium battery recycling industry.
