The R&D team of Green Harvest Energy（abbr GHE） realizes the low-cost green reengineering of waste lithium batteries in a short process through the processes of charged breakage, electromagnetic induction heating pyrolysis and multi-stage screening, which is applied to the lithium battery recycling industry. Innovative technologies such as inert atmosphere multi-stage control, precise electromagnetic heating pyrolysis temperature control and multi-stage separation are adopted to achieve large-scale short process low-cost green reengineering of lithium batteries. Compared with conventional crushing and fire recovery, the treatment process is short, the cost is low, the separation efficiency is high, the green emission is fully up to standard and other advantages, can achieve the purpose of green environmental protection, sustainable use.
